H I S T O R Y

Kittenhood

Hazelkit was born in Windclan at night to a loving mother, Badgerclaw, and a loving father, Littletail. She had a sister, Willowkit, that was quite smaller than her. She and Willowkit were inseparable, but Willowkit was a tiny bit more independent than Hazelkit was, but this never interfered in the two sister's relationship. Hazelkit was always the quietest one of the two, she hardly never got into trouble, unlike her sister. Hazelkit loved to be around their mother, enjoying their time together. She was never particularly excited about her apprenticeship if anything she was quite nervous.

She spent most of her kittenhood playing around with her mom and sister, without any worries, enjoying the perks of being a kit, listening to the elder's tales.

Apprentice

At six moons she received her apprentice name, Hazelpaw, with her sister. She was apprenticed to a very experienced warrior, Cloverpelt.

Hazelpaw needed a lot of Cloverpelt's guidance, since her hunting, and fighting skills were never the best. She was more about using her brain than her muscles. Hazelpaw will always be grateful for Cloverplet's kindness and patience since she had a hard time with more hard tasks.

With 12 moons Hazelpaw failed her assessment to become a warrior, she felt horrible and embarrassed, she even avoided Clovepelt's gaze for a few days but whit Her mentor's guidance and Hazelpaw's perseverance she finally graduated one moon later receiving her warrior name at 13 moons old.

Warrior

She became a warrior at 13 moons old. She finally felt proud of herself even though she didn't like her new name, Hazelheart, she grew to like it over time.

She was rather nervous the first few days that she slept with the other warriors and did her tasks without Cloverpelt's help, but it wasn't long before she started feeling more confident and started leaving that nervousness behind.

Patroling was her favourite task, she even found a great friend while patrolling, Blueswirl, a tom that was much smaller than her. Blueswirl was a fun cat and she really enjoyed his company, she even grew to like the nicknames that he gave her, but she'll never tell him that.

Blueswirl and Hazelheart became the best of friends, they always played and got in trouble together but most importantly, they always had each other's back.
